The management team at Footprint Group have extensive experience of implementing and running large-scale vocational programmes. We have done this both on behalf of large employers and working with specialist training providers.
We apply our expertise in learning and development to help understand our clients’ needs and review their current training provision. We are then able to consider this current activity – along with any areas for development – against a wide range of funding options. There are qualifications available to support virtually every job and trade, and many of them will lead towards the award of an Apprenticeship of an NVQ.
The majority of these programmes will be based in your workplace minimising time off the job and travel costs. Some Apprenticeships, particularly in technical areas such as engineering or IT will also include training that is provided in specialist facilities.
A well implemented programme, such as an Apprenticeship, not only delivers a financial return for the organisation but also helps individual Apprentices to develop the skills and knowledge they need to be successful throughout their career.
