Who Is the course for?
This programme is designed for managers that have financial control of operational or sales areas, but who have not come from a financial background. It introduces and explores the difference between profit and cash, and explores ways of analysing both elements to create improvement plans. Managers that attend this course should be able to bring their budgets and management accounts with them for use during the day.
