Our courses follow the logical progression of the sales process from identifying markets and routes to them, to acquiring the customers and finally into retention and penetration. In addition we look at supporting leadership & management and finance. Each area has a standard course outline but our Learning Team will work with you to tailor your course specifically to meet your needs.
