How effective are your salespeople, do they possess the skills and competencies for today’s approach and do they have the flexibility to adapt to future challenges? Is there strength and depth or is the business reliant on a couple of rainmakers to cover up for a lack of overall performance?

We spend time with the sales team, evaluating the best, median and worst performers, both in front of the clients but also pre and post sales call to evaluate their overall skills. This allows us to develop a picture of the skill levels of the team and the depth of its capabilities. We also utilise a range of tools and techniques to identify and map the key competencies required for success in the role and measure the gap on an individual and team basis.
